Session guide
Sessions are built for people juggling everyday decisions—not abstract life redesign. You bring a live choice; we supply structure, prompts, and a written plan you can file beside your journal.
Before you arrive
Send a short note through contact with the decision title, any hard deadline, and whether you prefer Chatuchak office or video. If you already keep a decision log, bring recent pages. No special app is required.
In the room
We work at a table with paper or your device—your preference. The facilitator asks you to state the decision in one sentence, list stakeholders, and mark what is still unknown. Journaling segments are timed so you capture evidence before debating preferences.
Written action plan
You receive a concise document: chosen direction (or explicit deferral), next three actions, review date, and triggers that would reopen the decision. Wording is yours; we edit for clarity only.
After the session
Optional check-in sessions can update the journal when outcomes arrive. Fees, package length, and calendar availability are confirmed individually when you inquire—we do not publish fixed prices until terms are finalized.
Who this suits
- Adults comparing two realistic paths (work, relocation, caregiving, education spend)
- Anyone who wants a dated decision record rather than a one-off conversation
- People comfortable sharing facts; we do not handle medical or legal advice
Who should look elsewhere
- Crisis mental-health support (please contact qualified clinical services)
- Legal representation or tax filing
- Guaranteed outcomes or “best choice” promises—we document trade-offs instead
