Refund and cancellation

Status: Market-standard terms proposed pending business confirmation of final fees and packages.
Beacon Decision Studio Co., Ltd. offers paid individual sessions related to decision journaling and written action plans. This policy applies when you have paid or deposited for a session.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid session fees that have not yet been delivered. Administrative fees explicitly stated at booking are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled start: full refund of prepaid session fees to your original payment method, or one free reschedule within 60 days.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule at our discretion.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; we may offer partial credit case by case.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority reschedule at no extra charge.
After a session starts
Once facilitation has begun, fees are non-refundable because the service is consumed. If you end early for reasons on our side (facilitator unavailable, unsafe environment), we refund the unused portion.
Written action plans
Digital or printed plans delivered as part of a completed session are not separately refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@data-beacon.digital or call +66-2-579-8246 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original method where possible.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law.
