Beacon Decision Studio

One-to-one sessions for everyday choices—career pivots, household priorities, health habits—using structured decision journaling and a practical written action plan you leave with.

Decisions we map in the journal

Each engagement stays concrete: named options, constraints you actually face, and a log you can revisit.

Everyday trade-offs

Compare two viable paths—shift schedules, relocation within Bangkok, caregiving blocks—without treating the choice as a personality test.

We capture assumptions, reversible steps, and what would change your mind.

Habit loops

Link cues, commitments, and friction points when a routine competes with work or family time.

Values check-ins

Short prompts when several goals pull in different directions and you need language for the conflict.

A decision journal is not a diary of moods—it is a dated record of options, evidence, and the next action you chose while the facts were still visible.

Process-led work: you leave with entries you can audit, not a slogan.

How a session is built

We work in a fixed sequence so your journal stays readable weeks later.

  1. Frame the choice. Name the decision, deadline, and stakeholders in plain language.
  2. Journal the evidence. List facts, unknowns, and biases you want flagged—not hidden.
  3. Draft the action plan. Agree on next steps, owners, and review dates in a one-page write-up.
  4. Close the loop. Optional follow-up to note what happened and update the log.

Questions people ask before booking

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither label fits cleanly. Sessions focus on decision structure, journaling technique, and a written plan—not clinical treatment or open-ended motivation talk.

Do I need homework?

Light prep helps: bring two realistic options and any notes you already keep.

Where do we meet?

In person at our Chatuchak office or by video when that suits the decision timeline.
